1. FULL TIME POSITION with Sound Universe
SOUND UNIVERSE Pte Limited www.thesounduniverse.com is looking for a dynamic, energetic individual to join our expanding company.
It is a dynamic company that distributes world-class acoustic healing instrument and organises sound related events, holistic and uplifting workshops, and sacred tours yearly.
We provide enhanced learning and advancement within the Company.
Reporting to the 2 Directors and work from home office environment located in central area.
This is a 1 year contract with opportunity to convert to permanent position.
Responsibilities
• Provide administrative and secretarial support such as schedule appointments and coordinate meetings, manage emails and phone calls, calendar management, booking of air tickets and accommodation and etc.
• Manage event/workshop’s details (such as venue, decor and equipment) and logistics.
• Provide customer service from marketing to processing sales order, collecting payment and delivery arrangement while ensuring excellent service and client satisfaction.
• Assist in marketing plans and promotion.
• To maintain social media and website updates whereby trainings will be provided.
• Any adhoc duties may be assigned as and when needed.
Requirements
• Minimum “A” level or a Diploma holder
• Active and Independent, High-Energy and Self-Motivated
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task.
• Open positive attitude to explore, expand and be receptive towards personal growth
• Operate Apple Computer, proficiency in MS Office software and iWorks (Pages and Keynotes)
• Excellent communication skills with good command of languages
• Must be able to work with flexi working hours
• Travelling maybe required
– Must be only Singaporean and Singapore PR
– Able to speak and write Chinese
– Able to work in the evenings and weekend
Salary up to $3,200, depending on work experience.
2. FREELANCE CARD DESIGNER
* To be able to work independently and to take instructions and directions well with regards to design requests.
* You need to be living in Singapore to apply.
* Responsible with keeping to work submission deadlines.
* S$50 – S$200 per artwork depending on experience and design.
